Join us for our monthly free screening. In January, we will discover the Belgian-French drama "Love According to Dalva" (or ‘‘Dalva’’ in French) by Emmanuelle Nicot. It features Zelda Samson, Alexis Manenti, and Fanta Guirassi.“Although Dalva is 12, she dresses, wears make-up and lives like a woman. One evening, she’s suddenly taken away from a father’s house. Dumbfounded and outraged at first, she later meets Jayden, a social worker, and Samia, a teen with a temper. A new life seems to start for Dalva, that of a girl her age.”
The screening will be followed by a discussion about the movie led by Abdel Hamouchi, one of our French Instructors who is passionate about cinema.
