Join Stacy Ryan as she walks you through the steps to transform a cigar box into a one-of-a-kind decoupaged purse! You will be lining the inside of the box, the outside, adding straps & a tassel of your choosing. Stacy will provide a variety of different designs for you to choose from to use.
