In this guided tasting experience, attendees will sample 5-6 unique Maine ciders, exploring the diverse apple varieties, fermentation techniques, and adjunct ingredients that make each cider distinct.Throughout the class, you'll learn about the methods cidermakers use to influence flavor profiles, from dry and tannic to bright and effervescent. We’ll also discuss cider traditions, aging techniques, and how Maine’s orchards contribute to the character of each pour.
