Brooklyn Cider House at Twin Star Orchards
Founded in 2014, Brooklyn Cider House brings together two generations of cidermakers united by a passion for crafting remarkable cider from one simple ingredient: apples. They have revitalized the land at Twin Star Orchards to produce award‑winning, Basque‑style inspired ciders made from fresh‑pressed New York apples. Experience a traditional Asturian barrel pour followed by a cidery tour and tasting.
Angry Orchard
Angry Orchard’s Walden, NY site has roots dating back to the 1700s, with apple trees planted over a century ago. Today, the cidery is dedicated to reviving traditional and heirloom cider apple varieties, reserving parts of the orchard for new plantings and research with local growers and institutions. Visitors can experience its commitment to quality and innovation through the treehouse tasting room, augmented reality, and curated cider‑and‑food pairings. Tour the facilities, taste some ciders, and enjoy a catered lunch.
Boutique Wine, Spirits, & Ciders
Boutique Wines, Spirits, & Ciders is where discovery meets delight. With 13 hard ciders on tap, plus a lively mix of wines, spirits, and mead, every visit feels like a tasting adventure. The owners are always around to pour samples, swap stories, and help you uncover new favorites—because exploring apples, grapes, and beyond should be as fun as it is flavorful.
Treasury Cider
Treasury Cider at Fishkill Farms is crafted from over 100 apple varieties, some from trees more than 50 years old. Grown with organic and eco‑certified methods, the apples are picked late for maximum flavor, pressed in small batches, and fermented slowly before aging 6–10 months. Made entirely on‑farm since 2019, these Hudson Valley ciders reflect the region’s soils and climate. Conclude your day with a tour and a tasting.
