At Polly’s we love to highlight local flavors and producers. As the maple producing season is winding down we wanted to highlight a few different local products. We’ve partnered with Jasper Hill Farms from Greensboro Vermont, and Rhythm Cider from Lincoln New Hampshire. We are pairing their exception products with our delicious maple products we make or serve in our restaurant to make something new and exciting.
We’ll be hosting this tasting on April 4th 2025. This tasting event will start at 4 PM EST at Polly’s Pancake Parlor, it will last until 6 PM EST.
With the price of your ticket you’ll receive:
A glass of Rhythm Cider Original cider to drink throughout the event.
Pairings of 5 different Jasper Hill Cheeses with Rhythm Cider Ciders, and different maple products.
Accompanying snacks to enjoy in between tastings.
Polly’s Glassware to bring home with you.
We will be talking about our pairings and how we came to them throughout the process to guide everyone.
Seating is limited for this event. We’ll be using our regular tables so you may be paired up with new friends! If you’re ordering tickets and know someone else who’s coming who you’re like to sit with please shoot us an email to [email protected] with the names of who you would like to sit with.

After placing the order, we will reach out to you to confirm who the guests are who’ll be coming.
Additional ciders can be purchased at the event.
Everyone attending must be aged 21 or older as this is an event where we’re only serving alcoholic beverages. Everyone must bring a valid photo ID to attend this event.
When purchasing tickets you can purchase multiple tickets for guests.
Polly’s reserves the right to cancel the event by March 31st 2025 for any reason. If we do so a full refund will be issued to you in the same form with which you made payment (Credit Card, Paypal, etc.) and we will reach out to everyone who placed an order to inform them.
