Cider-making is an art that requires skill and knowledge. There are 7,500 different varieties of apples and choosing the right ones to blend can be the game changer in what cider will taste like after fermentation.
Join us in a fun and interactive workshop where you will be able to taste single varietal apple juices, and ciders and blend them into your perfect recipe.
