Join us for yoga & cider, guided by Ellen Goldlust.Ellen Goldlust is an RYT-200 Yoga Alliance–certified instructor who has been teaching yoga since 2016, and practicing for much longer. The class will be beginner-friendly (no experience required!) and appropriate for all levels of fitness, with lots of modifications offered to make the practice more or less challenging. We’ll focus on releasing tension, creating an inner calm that yogis can take with them off the mat, and most of all having fun!
For these colder months, our yoga classes are held indoors in our sunny Orchard Room. Later in the year, classes will be held outdoors on the flat lawn surrounded by the apple trees (weather permitting). Each ticket includes one glass of cider per guest (NA options available too)
Please bring your own yoga mat, and plan to arrive 15 minutes early (10:45 am) to get arranged for this one hour class beginning at 11am. Water and bathroom facilities are available at the location. Class sizes are small, so sign up in advance to reserve your space. Classes cost $25 per guest (discount for InCider Club Members)
