Our annual Church Street Stroll will be taking place on Thursday, December 5th from 5-7. The stroll will begin at South Ottumwa Savings Bank with Santa as the guest of honor. Each participant will then get a "Christmas Stroll Passport" to have stamped when they visit each business listed on it. The passport can then be turned in at Happy Joe's Pizza & Ice Cream Parlor to be entered into a drawing for $100 in GOPIP Gift Certificates!
