There are a lot of reasons, but simply put, it's a large group confined to a space that normally has different opinions, values and beliefs than the person wishing to do them harm. Combine that with a growing mental health crisis and political unrest...and you have the need for creating plans and procedures for your church.
This seminar covers the options- formal or informal security teams...armed and unarmed... discussing the benefits and draw backs to each. We study past attacks, pre-threat indicators (the signs and signals that people can help but display), and we create a "profile" through past attackers of the behaviors you are looking for.
We then discuss what it takes to make your church an undesirable target...to hopefully avoid the threat all together.
