Welp, a quick glance at the calendar will have any and all of you scratching your heads because we’ve got some wonky scheduling this month. Indeed there IS almost 3 weeks between Broken Hearts and our Church date in February and when discussing this with Travis the other day he was quick to offer his infinite wisdom with a simple “fucking February” LOL. But we labor ON!
This month, because our Spacebar date will separate our next Cathedral by only ONE week, were going to get started with at least a little hint of theming by previewing our “classics” night with a little Revco imagery (and likely track-listing). And seeing bits of the Revolting Cocks iconic “Big Sexy Land” album featured in our graphics this month indeed invokes a current wish that We (Should at least) Cleanse The World” Don’t know what the fuck I’m talking about? - go brush up on your classic industrial and listen to this AWESOME album from 1986 (featuring the unholy union of Ministry and Front 242). DONT FORGET YOUR GRAVITY BOOTS!
We do this more classic version of Church on the 4th Friday of EVERY month at Spacebar, a more intimate setting for our core supporters (and anyone who's up for a more classics-oriented dancefloor playlist).
