📋 Trinity UMC Church Council Meeting 📋The Church Council serves as Trinity UMC’s governing board, helping guide the life and ministry of the church. This team focuses on important areas such as mission and vision, staffing, budget, and overall direction, always seeking what is best for our congregation and community.
🗓 Meetings are held primarily on the fourth Tuesday of each month, with additional meetings scheduled as needed.
✨ Meetings are open to the public, and guests are welcome to attend and observe. While only council members participate in voting, we value transparency and shared understanding.
At times, the council may move into a closed session to thoughtfully address sensitive or time-critical matters, ensuring care and confidentiality for all involved.
📅 When: Fourth Tuesday of the month (and as scheduled. No meetings in July or December)
⏰ Time: 6:30pm - 8pm (or as scheduled)
📍 Where: Trinity UMC or Zoom
