Church Clerks Workshop

Registration: 8:00 a.m. (A light breakfast and drinks provided.)

Worship: 9:00 a.m.

Lunch: 12:00-12:30 p.m.

Conclusion: 3:30 p.m.

We are opening attendance for three persons per church – you, an associate or assistant clerk, and one pastor. Due to limited space, we ask that you not bring anyone extra with you. (No coworkers, spouses, friends, etc.)

The registration deadline is Monday, March 31.

If you have a laptop or tablet, please bring it to the workshop. If you do not have one, we will provide one for your use, but there is a limited quantity available.

The following topics are being planned for discussion:

1. eAdventist basics (access, searches)
2. Understanding family and person records
3. Mailing and address issues
4. Transfers and organization searches
5. Out of division transfers (will cover requesting new organizations)
6. Reports
7. eAdventist updates
