Chung Do Association Nights are an opportunity for students from all association schools to train together with different association leaders. This month’s seminar will be led by 3rd Degree Black Belt Tammy Bauer, owner of Blue Wave Strong in Edwardsville, IL. This seminar will focus on striking: how to strike, when to strike, and what part of the body should be used to strike. Students of all ranks are invited to attend this class, get some good training in, and meet new martial artist friends!
