The Experience
Sound Healing - Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound healing. Chris uses his voice and a variety of instruments to create a soundscape that promotes deep relaxation, emotional release, and spiritual awakening. Let the harmonious frequencies wash over you, dissolving stress and unlocking your inner peace.
Spinal Energetics - Align and energize your body with the transformative practice of spinal energetics. Spinal energetics is a modality created by Dr Sarah Jane to connect to the client’s nervous system and energetic fields.This powerful energetic practice helps unwind the nervous system, releases repressed emotions, trauma, tension, assisting in releasing old patterns and beliefs while awakening a person’s innate wisdom to be able to heal themselves.
Reiki - Feel the gentle yet powerful energy of Reiki as Suzanne channels universal life force energy to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Reiki promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and helps to release blocked energy, allowing you to move forward with clarity and purpose.
The Journey
As Chris creates an intoxicating soundscape utilizing his voice and many amazing instruments, Suzanne will flow through the room, working with each person's individual energies as she utilizes Spinal Energetics. At times throughout the journey, Chris and Suzanne will work together on individuals with focused frequenices and energy, using instruments and Spinal Energetics together.
As the journey enters to a close, Suzanne will utilise Reiki on each participant as they lay in peace and harmony. This will be a beautiful way to conclude the ceremony.
We will then have the opportunity to share a lovely herbal tea, and our experiences with each other, as we close the container.

Chris Toms - Certified Sound Therapist
Chris has been a performing musician for over 30 years and holds a Diploma in Integral Sound Healing - Multi Instrument - Practitioner Level, from the long established Sound Healing Academy in the UK. He is dedicated to creating the most peaceful and healing soundscapes possible, and to create a safe space and deepen the relaxation experience for all he is blessed to work with.
Suzanne Ellis - Certified Kinesiologist, Spinal Energetics and Reiki Practitioner
Suzanne ia a dedicated practitioner specializing in Kinesiology, Spinal energetics, and reiki. Following a pivotal moment in her life, Suzanne embarked on a journey of learning how the body and mind are affected by trauma. Her profound passion for energetic healing has been the driving force behind her continued education, delving deeper into the realms of Spinal Energetics to enhance her offerings. With warmth and expertise, Suzanne seamlessly integrates these modalities into her sessions, proving holistic and transformative experiences for her clients. Her commitment to understanding the body’s intricate energy and nervous systems shines through in every interaction, as she guides individuals towards balance and vitality. Suzanne’s approach is not just about addressing symptoms; it’s about awakening a person’s innate wisdom to heal from within.
The event is suitable for those aged 18 years and over.
Please let the facilitators know before booking if:
-You are pregnant (not suitable for people in their first and second trimester)
-You have any cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions (e.g. high blood pressure, COPD, severe asthma)
-Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, antipsychotic)
-You have epilepsy or recent head injuries, physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
-History or diagnosis of aneurysms or seizures
-You have carotid stenosis, cardiac pacemakers, artificial heart valves, or cardiac arrhythmias, stents, shunts or a deep brain stimulation device (DBS)
-You have been diagnosed with serious PTSD, psychosis, clinical depression, bipolar or any serious mental health conditions.
-Hospitalisation for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, or spiritual emergence within the past three years
-Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect their ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.
If you have specific questions relating to your condition, please contact the facilitators beforehand.
*Please be aware there will be some louder sounds and frequencies which may not be enjoyable for some people with sound sensitivities. Please call Chris to run through any concerns.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All event registrations are non-refundable, except in special circumstances.*
Registrants who do not show up or who cancel forfeit their full fee.
By Approval, a transfer can be applied if notification is received in writing at least seven (7) days prior to the workshop.
