The Global HR CERTIFICATION comes back to CEBU this JUNE 2024!!!The Philippines HR Group Certified HR Professional (CHRP) in partnership with IFPM (International Federation of Professional Managers UK) and the Institute of Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) will again be returning to the Queen City of the South this JUNE 2024 to conduct the Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP®) Certification Program ; This would be CHRP Batch 3 Class for Cebu!
WHAT IS CHRP:
Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) is a Globally recognized designation in the field of human resource (HR). CHRP designation represents holder's high standard of professionalism that maintains quality of professional practices of human resources management to defend the interests of employers, employees and the business community.
Through the Institute of Human Resource Professional (IHRP) CPD aims to provide opportunities for CHRP® members to update their professional capabilities and ensure that their activities contribute to the development of their personal development as a whole.
The IHRP ensures compliance with CPD requirements by enabling CHRP® to track their training activities in the year after receiving the designation. The CHRP® members follow guidelines by declaring a number of hours completed per year as part of membership renewal.
ELIGIBILITY TO ENROLL ON THE CHRP CERTIFICATION PROGRAM:
* Minimum 3 Years HR Generalist Experience ; At least on a Supervisory /Officer or Managerial Level
* Must complete the 2 Whole Day CHRP Certification Training Program
* Must pass the CHRP Qualifying Exam (For those who have more than 10 Years Exp. in HR you are EXEMPTED to take the Certification Exam)
Learning Investment : Php 18,500.00 which would cover All Meals, CHRP Modules, CHRP Certificate , ID
CHRP Facilitators: Certified CHRP Master Facilitators who are Industry Leaders and Seasoned HR Experts will be conducting the CHRP Certification Classes.
