About this Event
The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program is a 6 weeks workshop developed by Stanford University School of Medicine that focuses on problems adults with chronic pain face and build self-efficacy while providing tools, non-medical in nature, ranging from setting goals, building confidence, moving easy techniques, better breathing, healthy eating, physical activity, and the importance of good sleep.
