Join us for this six (6) week workshop that will begin on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 1:00 PM and will continue to meet weekly until the end date of November 6, 2025.
The Chronic Pain Self-Management Program is a workshop developed by Stanford University to help adults self-manage their pain.
These are highly interactive workshops that give seniors (60+) resources to help them take control of their chronic health condition, such as fatigue, sleepiness, stress, and emotional problems.
This six (6) week workshop will meet once a week on Fridays for two (2) hours. The meet-up dates are below:
- Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 1:00 PM -3:00 PM
- Thursday, October 9, 2025 from 1:00 PM -3:00 PM
- Thursday, October 16, 2025 from 1:00 PM -3:00 PM
- Thursday, October 23, 2025 from 1:00 PM -3:00 PM
- Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 1:00 PM -3:00 PM
- Thursday, November 6, 2025 from 1:00 PM -3:00 PM
Those who attend at least four (4) out of the six (6) meet-up dates will receive a take-home resource book, a certificate, and a bag of appreciation prizes!
