In this workshop you will use a chromatic (or systematic) approach to better understand how activation of specific muscle groups and focused stretching grants better access to a peak pose.
Each session will give you a greater awareness of how your body works through basic anatomy lessons and experiential learning.
Modifications will be provided to illuminate the potential expressions of the peak pose.
Workshops will be challenging, playful and confidence building!
Please register 24 hours in advance to ensure minimum enrollment.
Registration fee is non-refundable but may be used towards a future workshop or transferred to another student.
