Christopher Hall - Wildlife of the Seychelles

Our first meeting this autumn will be held on Friday 19 September. It will begin with our AGM at 7.15pm, a brief meeting where the treasurer will give members an update on the group’s activities over the year ending March 2025 and invite members to elect their committee for the coming year. Minutes of the previous year’s AGM will be available along with a copy of the audited accounts.
Our speaker tonight will start at about 7.30 pm after the AGM. We welcome back Christopher Hall, this time on the subject of the Wildlife of the Seychelles.
Christopher will tell us about the birds and other wildlife encountered on three visits to this tropical paradise, including the fabulous Bird Island.
Please join us at the Leicester Bowling Club, Kenwood Rd, off Carisbrooke Road, Leicester LE2 3PL at 7.15pm. Please note the earlier start time.
Meetings cost £5 per person to cover the cost of hall hire.
Tea and coffee are available in the interval and we aim to finish at about 9.30pm.
