Interested in learning more about decorated sugar cookies?! The Gingerbread Cookie Co. is here to help! In this 1.5-hour class, we'll cover the basics to sugar cookies (so – yes, it’s beginner friendly!), do some piping practice with Royal Icing, talk about how to strategize the best ways to decorate sugar cookies, and cover the general concepts around dough and icing! Everything you'll need is provided in class along with a live in-person instructor – just bring a smile (and maybe an apron).

You'll leave class with a great understanding of the basics of sugar cookies plus a few cool techniques we'll cover in class! More details on refunds, things to bring, credits, and FAQs are below - looking forward to having you with us.
This class is for the beginner cookier or for the person who is just curious about what cookie decorating is all about! If you have limited experience with sugar cookies, found yourself frustrated with royal icing, or if you're trying to have fun with family or friends, this is the class for you! We’ll be decorating a delicious Yule Log themed cookies set– snag your tickets mistleto-day or end up on Santa’s naughty list “Clause” these tickets will sell out!
We provide everything you will need from cookies, icing, sprinkles, and a box to take your awesome creations home in - we just need YOU! Each to-be-baker gets 5 large cookies wth 3 small candycanes, 4 icing colors, sprinkles, and all the tools necessary to knock this cookie class out of the park! Everything is prepped right before class – so no baking or icing mixing required. Just decorate!
This class is on Dec 14th starting at 2:00pm sharp so we can have enough time to decorate and answer along the way. Come by yourself, bring your best friend, or bring the family - we have seating for up to 20 people! It's a blast whether you're coming with a friend, family member, or solo!
This class is good for ages 10 and up, but if you'd like to leave the kiddos at home, purchase an add-on kit (more on that below)! The kits are great for kids at home to decorate!
The class will be held at the Enchanted Elements Apothecary at 105 East High Street, Pottstown, Pa 19464.

Order your sugar cookie class kit and take the class home with you to teach a child or friend! These class kits come with everything you'll use in class, plus pictures so you can follow our step-by-step instructions from home! Cookie Class DIY Kits are created before your class, and you'll pick them up and take them with you after class.
How long can a kit last? Depending on how you store your icing, your kits can last for a week or longer. Freezing cookies keep them fresh for a long time, but I recommend using your kit as soon as possible - ideally in the first week after you've taken it home. Cookies are heat sealed for freshness – but again, use it in under a week to make sure it tastes the best.
Note: All sales are final and cannot be transferred to another event or service. No refunds for no-shows or cancellatons.
