I purposely keep this annual Christmas celebration low on cost at £30, as a thank you to the regulars who join in with weekly classes. There are always a few places left over if anyone else wants to join in. You can join in just for the morning, Yin yoga and pranayama (breath work) with me, and gong bath with Jonathan, for £20, or just the afternoon for Christmas wreath making with Helen for £10. Yin yoga is where shapes are held, relaxed, for longer, all lying on the ground or seated, it’s great for improving the health of joints.
