Join us for Christmas Yoga at Trinity Lutheran Church on Sunday, December 7, 6-7pm. Come for this moving meditation to candlelight as we honor the birth of our Savior.
This is a gentle and restorative flow for ALL body types and skill level. Chairs/Modifications will be provided. Yoga mats and blocks provided.
