Join me for Yin Yoga and Cacao
Open your heart, soothe your mind. This immersive extended class combines the gentle, introspective nature of Yin yoga with the sacred heart-opening qualities of ceremonial cacao.
~ A heart-centered cacao share to set intention, connect to the subtle body and open your heart.
~ A calming, restorative Yin yoga session for deep release and relaxation.
~ A guided meditation to reconnect with your inner child.
~ Time to talk, journal and reflect.
Of course there will be incense blessings, blissful music, crystals, candles and tea
Limited spaces to ensure you all get lots of hands on assists.
Props, Cushions and Mats will be available but you are welcome to bring your own.
Please arrive from 14:45, the session will start at 3.00pm.
