Get festive with the Friends of Rowntree Park!Due to the record time sell out of our weekend Christmas wreath making sessions, we are able to offer a small group midweek session basded in the York Explore Cafe in Rowntree Park.
Join us on Tuesday 3rd of December - limited to 12 people.
A great chance to have fun and create in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. There will be wreath frames made from willow for you to use and lots of natural decorations collected from York’s parks and open spaces for you to add – really make your door stand out this Christmas!
We advertise our wreath sessions as none 'led' session as such - we provide the resources and guidance. However, Heather is running this extra session as she is a willow weaver and crafter, so you can take as much or little help as you need!
This is a fabulous community event. Any profit goes to our charity - the Friends of Rowntree Park help maintain and improve Rowntree Park.
If you’d like to purchase a ticket at members' prices you can join the Friends for just £5 a year.
