Our 7th Annual Christmas Walk thru Frankenmuth. THIS IS A SATURDAY NIGHT.
PLEASE ARRIVE 15-20 MINS EARLY, SO WE CAN START THE WALK AT 5 pm. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE PEOPLE THAT ARRIVE ON TIME WAIT FOR THOSE WHO ARE LATE.
We will meet at Frankenmuth's RiverPlace Shops. Park at the rear entrance and we can meet in the grassy/snowy area by the back entrance. (near the bookstore & pastry shop)
Be festive....wear your Santa Hats & dress the dogs up with bells and holiday garb.
We'll walk around town as a group showing off the dogs and make our way back to RiverPlace. Once we're back, we generally hang out take pics of the dogs, sometimes with Santa! But at that point you can hang out or call it a night.
This is a very relaxed walk. We walk from Riverplace up Main St to Genesee St. It's a 2 mile walk total. We stop often to take group pictures and to let others catch up.
We walk up one side of Main st. and down the other. You can't get lost, so even if you only want to walk part of it, you can always stop at one of the many benches and wait for us to come back down the other side of the road.
IF YOU AREN'T UP FOR THE WALK, YOU CAN HANG OUT AT RIVER PLACE, while the rest of us walk down main street. We will meet back up with those that didn't go when the walk is complete.
We're just hanging out with the dogs and enjoying the holidays.
RiverPlace is dog friendly and but the shops close at 6pm. But very well lit and very festive.
All breeds welcome. But ONLY dogs that are on their best behavior should come.
And REMEMBER TO PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG.
