Step into festive adventure at the Christmas Trail Run, the final KZNTR event of the year!Experience a dynamic mix of trails across expansive grasslands, winding single-track paths, peaceful farmlands, and patchy forests, with the occasional curious cow watching your stride.
Expect a mix of flowing sections and some solid climbs that will get your legs burning β but the reward is worth it: wide-open views, refreshing breezes, and charming local dams scattered across the Howick landscape. This route captures everything we love about trail running, while keeping the festive spirit alive!
Whether youβre chasing a strong finish or soaking in the scenery and Christmas cheer, walkers and runners alike will find their perfect pace across the Santa Dash (3km fun run), 6km, and 10km courses. Itβs an ideal day out for families, friends, and first-timers.

Walkers are welcome on the short and medium courses.
