What is Singles Night?

Singles Night is a social evening where you can meet and interact with other singles in a relaxed and informal setting! Your hosts will be there to make mini introductions and ensure that you get off to a great start. Even if you are just looking for friendship, companionship or a relationship, our singles night offer a comfortable environment for all.

Don't forget, everyone there is in the same boat as you!

What to expect on the night?

We have a great team of hosts who are always excited to welcome you to the Diamond Singles events.

Upon arrival, you will be:

• Greeted by your host/s
• Checked-in (you don't need to print your ticket)
• Introduced to the (optional) ice-breaker activity

Our hosts will be around during the event to ensure you’re having a good time, and if you need them for anything, they’re very happy to help – just ask!

Ice-breakers

Our fun and relaxed singles events feature an optional ice-breaker that helps to get people talking. You’ll be introduced to this upon arrival at the event and then it’s up to you whether you take part or not - most people do for sheer fun!

Ice-breakers we have successfully offered in the past include:

• Lock & Key
• Find the person with the matching playing card

Conversation starters

Scattered around the room you’ll find lots of Diamond Singles Conversation Starter Cards. These are cards with fun questions which you can ask people around the room to get conversation going, and to learn a little about them.

Here are a few examples:

• What's your idea of the perfect first date?
• What is your favourite drink?
• If you could do any job in the world, what would it be?

Safe environment

We promote safe-dating and interaction, we want people to feel comfortable and at ease before, during, and after any of the Diamond Singles events.
