It is a beautiful musical celebration of Christ’s birth, filled with favorite carols and fresh new songs. The program tells the story of Christmas in a way that is heartfelt and accessible, even if you do not usually sing in a choir yourself. You will hear familiar melodies woven together with words of scripture, reminding us of the wonder and joy that still surround the Christmas story today.
The cantata features beloved carols alongside powerful newer pieces such as Jesus Christ Was Born and the Gettys’ Sing We the Song of Emmanuel. It also includes a special Christmas worship medley that intertwines treasured classics into one uplifting moment of praise.
