Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) is organizing a Christmas Shopping Night in combination with Taste of Bonaire. The Christmas Shopping Night and Taste of Bonaire will take place on Friday, December 19th, 2025, from 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm and takes place in the Kaya Grandi and the Centrumgebied.During the event, Kaya Grandi will be closed to traffic, allowing visitors and residents to stroll freely and enjoy the festive Christmas atmosphere, while completing their holiday shopping. Children will also have the chance to meet Santa Claus and take pictures with him. There will be music at different locations in Kaya Grandi. Gaita Krioyo Legends, Jom Gaiteros, Grupo Sababa and DJ Kiart will be performing in the park to add to the festive atmosphere. Additionally, there will be a fashion show by Bonaire Model Agency and a dance performance by SPAB. There will be tents selling delicious Christmas traditions such as ‘ayaka’, ‘oliebollen’, Christmas crafts, and much more from Marshe di Playa and Bonaire Cruise Market. Also, there will be a tremendous Christmas parade starting at 7:00 pm at the Stadion di Playa, passing through Kaya Grandi, and ending at the Stadion di Playa.
All residents and visitors are welcome to come and enjoy this event and festive time of the year on Friday, December 19th, 2025.

Tourism Corporation Bonaire (TCB) organiseert een Christmas Shopping Night in combinatie met Taste of Bonaire. De Christmas Shopping Night en Taste of Bonaire vinden plaats op vrijdag 19 december 2025 van 18.00 tot 23.00 uur in de Kaya Grandi en het Centrumgebied.
Tijdens het evenement is de Kaya Grandi afgesloten voor verkeer, zodat bezoekers en bewoners vrij kunnen rondlopen en genieten van de feestelijke kerstsfeer, terwijl ze hun kerstinkopen doen. Kinderen krijgen ook de kans om de kerstman te ontmoeten en met hem op de foto te gaan. Op verschillende locaties in de Kaya Grandi wordt muziek gemaakt. Gaita Krioyo Legends, Jom Gaiteros, Grupo Sababa en DJ Kiart treden op in het park om de feestelijke sfeer nog meer luister bij te zetten. Daarnaast is er een modeshow van Bonaire Model Agency en een dansvoorstelling van SPAB. Er zijn tenten met traditionele kerstlekkernijen zoals ayaka en oliebollen, ambachtelijke kerstdecoraties en nog veel meer van de Marshe di Playa en de Bonaire Cruise Market. Ook is er een geweldige kerstparade die om 19.00 uur begint bij de Stadion di Playa, door de Kaya Grandi loopt en weer eindigt bij de Stadion di Playa.
Alle inwoners en bezoekers zijn van harte welkom om op vrijdag 19 december 2025 te komen genieten van dit evenement en van deze feestelijke tijd van het jaar.
