This is a self-guided afternoon-early evening walk (probably with a group walk option: will update with the time when I have that info) to see the Christmas Ships on the Willamette. Registration is open from 3 to 4:30 pm at Tiny's Coffee House, 1412 SE 12th Avenue. Follow the map to enjoy a 5 or 10 km walk. Walk on pavement along the Willamette River, crossing the river on Tilikum Crossing Bridge and returning on the Hawthorne Bridge for viewing of the Christmas Ships parade. Both the Columbia River and Willamette River Ship Fleets are scheduled to be there. Ships scheduled to leave at 4:30pm.
It's recommended to bring a flashlight or headlamp, and warm clothes including hats or gloves as it can be windy on the bridges.
