I welcome you all along to an evening of calm, softness, and Relaxation ✨️
We'll move through gentle flows, calming breath, and a chocolate mindfulness activity 🎄
To provide extra comfort, please feel free to bring along the following:
- Blanket
- Pillow
- Hot water bottle or microwave beanbag
- Eye Pillow
- Scarf
- Bolster
I do ask kindly for a £5 nonrefundable deposit to secure your space 🙏
I will fill the room with candles, lights, scents, and soft music ✨️
After our Meditation, we'll enjoy some warm refreshments, and homemade snacks ✨️
