Join in the Holiday fun! We shall partake in great merriment with a feast and the giving and receiving of presents.To participate in the Pot-Luck Dinner, cook something yummy and bring it that evening. Dinner will begin at 5:00 PM sharp! Arrive on time with your food ready to serve. Please note that we do not have electrical receptacles or space for crock pots or hot plates.
After dinner, participants in Secret Santa will exchange gifts!
To participate in the Secret Santa Gift Exchange, complete a Gift Registry Form, draw someone’s name, select an item from their Gift Registry form, purchase a gift ($40 - $50) and leave it with LUG before December 12th. We will custom wrap your gift for you.

Secret Santa is a Western Christmas or Saint Nicholas tradition in which members of a group are randomly assigned a person to whom they give a gift. The identity of the gift-giver remains a secret until the end, often the work Christmas party, when Secret Santas are revealed.
I am never on time, what if I am late?
No problem! We will start the program promptly at 5:00 PM.
Where can I plug in my crockpot or hotplate?
You can’t. Space is limited on the food table, and we don’t have additional electrical receptacles.
The dish I am planning to bring requires last-minute preparation, can I use your kitchen?
We don’t have a kitchen at LUG.
I am Vegan/Vegetarian/suffer from food allergies/picky eater, will there be food I can eat?
We usually have a diverse variety of food items; however we have no control over the food participants bring or the ingredients they will use.
I am a terrible cook, what should I bring?

Secret Santa sounds like fun, can I get a gift from anywhere?
Everyone participating in the Secret Santa Gift Exchange will complete a Gift Registry form at Level Up Gaming. When you pull the name of your gift recipient, you will receive their Gift Registry form to select a gift for them. After you purchase your gift, leave it with us and we will wrap it and place it under the tree. Santa will distribute the gifts after dinner.
