This email comes as a reminder to RSVP for our club Christmas party weekend. 𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐃𝐨 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐫𝐬𝐯𝐩 𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐅𝐁'𝐬 "𝐆𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐆" 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. 𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
Please remember - you can stay overnight [details below] or just come over for the evening (Sat)
The TBWC Christmas party 2024 is on Saturday 30th November, 2024
The Time:
5 pm (Happy Hour) for a 6 pm start (Dinner time)
On the agenda:
Pre-Christmas Party (optional) “Wine and Cheese walk to Triple Falls” Sat - before the party - we meet at Wilfred's place at 2:00 pm on Saturday, 30th November, 2024. Please BYO wine :) and something to share if you can.
Catering for Saturday Evening:
Bring a plate/bowl of something yummy to share. Please contact Wilfred to let him ( contact details below) know what you will be bringing along. This way we ensure there is a variety of food, instead of 12 dishes of exactly the same thing .

BYO drinkies please.
Breakfast:
There will be breakfast provided [By TBWC] on the Sunday morning bacon, eggs and toast.
Entertainment:
Will be provided by whoever wants to be the life and soul of the party.
Santa Claus will be attending as well.
This is a club tradition . Please bring a gift to the value of $20 to participate in secret santa.
Accommodation:
There is accommodation available at the Guesthouse. However, space is at a premium. Sam from Outer Limits has kindly allowed us the use of his ground space for pitching tents and vans. There is an outdoor toilet and shower. Please ask Wilfred when you RSVP.
Sunday - OPTIONAL
Kayaking or SUPing on Lake Paluma Or MTB riding

A few of us were keen to do a "Kayak on the lake in the mist" and tell ghost stories amongst the petrified trees [Molly's idea]- so if you are keen, come armed with a ghostly tale to tell.
A few others are heading out for a ride around Paluma Dam.
