Come on out to our third annual Open House for the Homeless. I will provide the food. BYOB. Just bring items for the homeless and join us for music, merriment and treats. Kid-friendly!This tradition was established in honour of our son Nicholas Greeson who passed away five years ago and always fought for the underdog. We are carrying on where he left off.
You can park on Nashua Avenue, at Byron Tire and Auto or across the street at Springbank Park. Please RSVP. If you can’t make it to the event, please feel free to drop items off in advance or, if more convenient, we can come pick them up.
Some suggested items include: body wash, wash cloths, towels, wipes, juice boxes, brushes, tooth brushes, toothpaste, hand sanitizer, toilet paper, small Kleenex packs, new underwear, dog food, dog treats, gift cards for food and coffee, tents, tarps, mitts, gloves, toques, new or slightly used athletic clothing, t-shirts, hoodies, backpacks, deodorant, shampoo, lip balm, petroleum jelly, first aid kits, sleeping bags, blankets, winter coats, snow pants, winter boots, running shoes, long johns, socks, jogging pants, hand and foot warmers
Hope to see you there!
