Christmas Breakfast club on the road incorporating a run or walk 5k park run for those who wish to stretch your legs after breakfast club @Exmouth seafront All your wellness shed nutrition will be available at the park run before we set off & you’re welcome to bring along any friends or family to join us.
Exmouth parkrun is a FREE weekly 5k event for participants of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 9:00am in the Esplanade, Exmouth EX8 2AY.
We will be located near the start of the race to start the day with positivity & nutrition
The park run you can walk or set a pb its up to you and all for fun.
