About this Event
Merchant Taylors are one of the 12 great livery companies in the City of London, with a long and fascinating history. Your committee enjoyed an introductory visit back in July and were impressed at the warmth of the welcome we received and the excellent service we enjoyed. We will begin with a glass of sparkling wine and enjoy a further glass of wine over lunch (extra wine may be purchased on the day). We plan to sing a few carols after lunch - and there may be a raffle... The occasion offers a special dining experience in historic surroundings and we hope you will take the opportunity to come along. As our first Christmas away from the Penthouse, this should be a memorable occasion to start the festive season after another exceptional year. Please note: members have booking preference up to Friday 12 November after which we will be pleased to welcome bookings for friends and non-members.
