Join Joanna Briar for this one-day introduction to printing with linocut.Learn to design, carve and print by hand a simple relief printing block in lino to decorate Christmas cards, gift tags or tissue wrapping paper using safe-wash ink. Develop your design to create a small edition of one-colour prints inspired by the festive season.
This workshop is suitable for adult beginners or improvers. No previous experience is needed. All materials provided.
Please bring an apron.
The Grain Store Cafe will be open, serving delicious locally-sourced food and drink, or bring your own packed lunch.
