Celebrate the festive season and join us for a special late night opening at Somerset Rural Life Museum.As night falls, gather around the Christmas tree in the Abbey Barn for a heart-warming evening of carol singing and marshmallow toasting. We’re delighted to welcome our friends from Castle Cary and Glastonbury Methodists who will be leading us in a joyful selection of Christmas carols in the beautifully decorated Abbey Barn.
Everyone is warmly encouraged to join in and sing.
Song sheets will be provided, but please do bring a torch along to see the words as it will be dark.
What to Expect:
🦌A festive Reindeer Trail around the museum (£1)
🎶Carol singing between 6.00 pm and 8.00 pm
🔥Marshmallow toasting by the fire, available between 5.00 pm and 7.00 pm
🍎Mulled apple or cider available to purchase (£2.50 per glass)
