Kicking off the festivities, get ready to decorate your lanterns for the Christmas Lantern Parade and Light Switch On! If you would like to book a slot for your child at a workshop, watch this page for a link to come shortly. Payment can be made in cash or by card on the day.

Saturday 16 November & Sunday 17 November

𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲: £5.00 per child (includes lantern, light, elastic bands and cane) + £2.50 for additional siblings.

All children will need to be accompanied.

Once your lantern is complete, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creation in the lantern parade, which will culminate in the town's light switch on event on Saturday 30 November. This is a wonderful opportunity for families to join with your community in celebrating the start of the festive season.
If you are unable to attend a workshop on any of the above dates, do not panic. We are selling the lantern packs for parents to purchase and collect from the Brackley Town Council office so you can decorate at home instead.
