Basic info : 9.20 am arrival for a 9.30 am start on Saturday 16th November 2024. Allow 2 hours. No baking involved. Take home your work of art = 1 x cake and newfound knowledge
On arrival we will have your work station set up with all the tools you need to decorate.
Beccy will be sharing her techniques, tips and hints through the morning.
Buttercream / Colours - Learn the difference between american buttercream and swiss meringue, oil and gel based colours, how to make the most of your christmas inspired colours.
Piping techniques - How to fill a piping bag like a pro - the mess free way, which piping tips to use for lambeth style piping. Before we start piping on the cakes we will have a practice on a sheet of baking paper.
Decorating - Learn how to finish your cake with complimentary decorations and sprinkles to finish the deisgn.
Beccy is self taught baker and cake decorator with a wealth of knowledge and enthusiam. Her passion is in the detail and many hours are enjoyed decorating cupcakes and cakes. She is one of our regular teachers offering a variety of classes.
You will leave this class feeling confident about your newfound knowledge that can be used on future decorating for cakes and cupcakes.

Long hair to be tied back.
An apron will be supplied.
This class is suitable for ages 14 - 80 years (If your teenager is booking and you would like to stay please let me know when making the booking as we will need to accommodate extra space)
Our venue is approved by the Bunbury City Council for classes
Classes are held at 3/7 Hennessy Rd (our Bunbury store)
Full Payment is required to secure your place
If you need to cancel, we will hold a credit for a future class if cancelled earlier than 3 weeks before the class
If cancellation is within 3 weeks all monies will be forfeited
If we need to cancel due to lack of numbers or illness we will provide a full refund.
