A wonderful and encouraging trainer with a vast wealth of experience.
Every clinic starts with poles on the floor so even for those who have not been off the floor for a while this is a great way to get back into it!
Classes will be limited to 5 people per class and run for 1 hour.
We will work to ensure participants are working with other combinations at a similar level but all classes begin with poles on the ground. Please state when you are booking in whether you are A - jumping up to 70cms or B - jumping 80cms and over as a combination.
Classes are £15 per person with a maximum of 5 per class. £20 for non members. Full payment required to confirm your space as these clinics fill up fast! A disclaimer must be signed at each clinic before mounting.
