About this Event
In this Christmas themed dance fitness class we will dance to some brand new routines to all of your favourite Christmas hits. There may even be some Christmas props included!
Saturday 20th December, 12pm-1pm, Panshanger Community Centre, 24 Hardings, Welwyn Garden City AL7 2EJ.
£10 per person
I teach joyful dance fitness classes for adults with a focus on having fun and feeling good. Inclusive, weight neutral and beginner friendly.
Come along and move your body joyfully in a low pressure and non-judgmental environment. Plenty of options will be provided throughout so that you can choose what feels right for your body and take things at your own pace.
