This seasonal favorite combines tart cranberries, sweet pears, and bright citrus to create a vibrant preserve that’s perfect for holiday gifts or your own pantry. Participants will learn safe, science-based water bath canning techniques step by step in a relaxed and friendly setting. Seating is limited to ensure a quality learning experience, and the class is free to the public. All materials and ingredients will be provided—just bring your curiosity and holiday spirit!
