We are celebrating Christmas with four free whānau-friendly events, in four different parts of the city this year!
🎅 Santa is coming to Waitangi Park, and he’s bringing festive cheer! Santa will arrive in his special sleigh on 13 December and do a walk-around Waitangi Park between 11am and 11.30am to greet the crowd. Meet Santa in his grotto between 11.30am and 5 pm, take a photo, and a selfie on his sleigh!
There will also be a range of Christmas activities between 11am - 5pm, including ice skating, the snowball globe, a foam pit, live music and entertainment, face painting, and caricatures. Plus a variety of food trucks will also be on site.
To wrap up Christmas in the Quarters be sure to stick around for Christmas carols with Nick Tansley & Friends at 5-7pm for a night of sing-alongs📍
