Lots of fun thigs to take advantage of in Prairieton on July 6th! 4th of July parade, the Prairieton Fire Department is celebrating their 80th anniversary, AND we turn 10yrs old officially on July 4th!What a cool ride it has been and we hope you'll come out and celebrate with us, AND check out the other happenings in the area as well.
For starters...Santa & Mrs. Claus will be joining us for a few hours to meet with the littles and take free pictures. Always a fun time for the kiddos when they are around!!!
Chef J and Miss Beth are going to have a pretty extensive menu planned, we will get that posted later so look for that. We WILL have our biscuits and gravy ANNNNNND Chef J is going to be frying up his popular Beignets from 10-12. We will be offering our regular style and the boozy flights which include RumChata, Baileys, Kahlua, Espresso Martini, and Bourbon Stout. In addition to those two specials you can expect many of your favorite pastries, some new ones, LOTS of cake choices, AND Chef has confirmed he will be baking up some Brioche, Focaccia, and Sourdough breads.
There is a rumor that Chef J is going to prepare a limited quantity of pizza dough and pizzas will be offered during lunchtime. If you got some of the pulled pork or brisket pizza a few months back and you're still drooling about it, don't you worry.....our meat guy, Nick Woodard, is going to be on-site smoking up pulled pork, brisket, and some yummy sides that will be part of our lunch specials.
Lastly, be sure to holler at Miss Sam for a cold soda, cup of drip coffee, iced coffee, or your choice of Coke, Orange Crush, or Root Beer float! We are also going to have a few ice cream flavors available to purchase in a cup or cone!
We really hope you'll help spread the word and hope to see so many familiar faces. 10 years of slinging sugar.....10 years!!!
