The Green Bean Collective, in partnership with Hebron Christian Reformed Church & Community Garden, is thrilled to invite you to our first CHRISTMAS GIFT & DÉCOR SWAP MEET!
When: Saturday, November 29, 2025
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Where: Hebron Christian Reformed Church
4240 Anderson Street, Whitby
Cost: Suggested donation ($5) - no one will be turned away.

THE SWAP:
GIVE….
• Bring up to 10 giftable items in new or very good used condition in exchange for an equal number of swap tickets (2 giftable items = 2 tickets, 10 giftable items = 10 tickets)
• Make an (optional) donation at the door ($5 suggested) and receive a bonus swap ticket
• Bring holiday gift bags, tags, and tissue paper for the Gift Wrapping Table
RECEIVE…
• Shop the Swap! Trade your tickets for giftable items; 1 ticket = 1 item
• Wrap your new-found gifts at the Gift Wrap Station with the donated gift bags, bows, tags and tissue; volunteers will sort by size (bags preferred).
ENJOY…
• Hot apple cider made with apples from the Frutful Connections Community Fruit Harvesting Project – bring your own reusable mug, or take one of ours to keep!
• Kids’ activity station –they can play while you shop the swap
• DIY make & take station – learn a simple holiday-themed craft
Please DO NOT bring: clothing, food items, recalled items, or gift cards.
Handcrafted items are welcome.
If you are bringing books, please bring no more than two.
Baby items must be safe and giftable.
We can’t wait to see you at this cozy, low-cost, community-first event to prepare us all for Christmas giving.
