This year we will be raising money once again for 'let them eat cake' who feed lincoln's homeless, taking food around the streets in all weathers throughout the year, and also lincoln salvation army. I'm not one to preach but I'm sure we can all appreciate people need help who are less fortunate than we are or falling on bad times so lets raise some cash and have some entertainment while doing so. This year cr fitness have kindly agreed to step in and help out to make this happen which is much appreciated.
The challenge will cost £5 payable in cash on the day to make it easier to divide and deliver.
The hang tough challenge is as it sounds, you'll have to hang on a pullup bar and hang there for as long as you can, max time wins.
men and women category, no weight classes.

The rules:
you may use chalk if you so wish, just no tacky obviously...or wrist straps :D or gloves. this makes it an even playing field.
You must remain on the bar with feet off the floor, no legs or anything touching the side of the rack, if one hand slips off, the time will still run until your feet touch down, but if you hand comes off, it must stay off for the duration.
