❓What's NOT included in a Standard Ticket?
⭐ Expanded festive menu on food and drinks - Mulled wine, Mommy Hot Choc (with Bayleys), traditional foods, etc.
⭐ Workshops - the tickets for those are sold separately from the Standard ticket and spaces must be booked in advance.
⭐ Festive Market items - you can buy little gifts from local craftmakers during the event
⭐ Fundraising games - Toss the Hat, Lucky Spin, Guess the Elf's Name (50p-£1 to play, cash only on the day)
❓Is there a Free Parking at the venue?
💬 No. You can't park in the church carpark on the day, however, there is free street parking during the weekend on this street and neighbouring ones.
❓What age ranges are welcome?
💬 All! This is an inclusive festive experience, so we encourage you to bring your youngest and oldest members of the family. Babies can enjoy the sensory items and book corner, young children will be thrilled to meet Santa and join in for a festive workshop, pre-teens and teens are welcome to join the activities in our Teen Xmas corner, adults and seniors are welcome to savour into a great social gathering, heartwarming concert programme and mouth-watering food and drinks.
❓Is there disabled access?
💬 Yes. People in wheelchairs can access the venue via a ramp on the side entrance. Parents with pushchairs are welcome and one of our volunteers will direct you to the buggy park when you enter the venue.
❓What's included in the concert programme?
💬 We are working on delivering a truly magical and special traditional Christmas music programme, featuring carols from England, Spain, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, India, Africa and more. Follow us on social media to learn more about our acts as we announce them closer to the event date.
❓When should I arrive?
💬 The doors will open at 4.15pm. The three workshops will run from 4.30pm to 5.30pm in time blocks and then again during the concert interval from 6.15pm to 6.45pm. If you are not attending a workshop, you are welcome to join the other activities available on the day. The concert programme starts at 5.30pm. It runs in 2 parts of 40 minutes each with a 30-minute interval.
❓Who sponsors this event?
💬 This event is currently not publicly funded and Creative Heritage is a nonprofit organisation. Our incredible team of volunteers is investing their time and energy to produce and run every single detail. Ticket sales and fundraising games are absolutely essential for us to be able to deliver this event and create a joyful, memorable experience for you. So, we encourage you to bring as many of your friends and family members as you can.
❓Can I pay for workshops on the day?
💬 In exceptional cases only! We ask you to pre-book all of your tickets for workshops, so we can plan for materials and capacity.
❓Will admission tickets be sold at the door?
💬 We cannot guarantee there will be tickets sold at the door. We must adhere to our health and safety policy and event risk assessment, so if we reach the maximum capacity of the venue before the event, we would not be able to offer tickets at the door. We also reserve our right to increase the price of tickets closer to the event or on the day of the event, so we strongly recommend you take advantage of our early bird ticket release.
