We will be making a Christmas inspired kraut, just in time for you to enjoy with leftovers or to give away as presents. You will learn the basics of fermenting vegetables which will allow you to start experimenting with other recipes, and you will get to try other ferments such as Kombucha, Kefir and Miso. You will be provided with all the equipment and ingredients that you will need and will leave with a jar of delicious fermenting kraut. This is a free workshop but spaces are limited.
