Our fair promises to be a fun-filled, community-focused event that will attract over 1000 attendees including children, parents, and local families. As part of our preparations, we are seeking local sponsors to help make this year’s fair a success, and we’d love for you to be involved.
Why Sponsor?
By becoming a sponsor, you’re not just promoting your business – you’re directly contributing to our school’s fundraising efforts. All funds raised will go towards enriching the education of the children at Raeburn Primary School, and we want to recognize your support in a number of ways:
Sponsorship Packages Available:
Headline Sponsor – £200�Be the lead sponsor of our event! Your business will receive prime exposure at the fair and in our event materials.
• Benefits: Logo on event banner, cover of the programme, social media shoutouts, and more.
Gold Stall Sponsor – £100�Bring joy to our attendees by supporting our entertainment, whether for children or adults!
• Benefits: Banner displayed on school gates, logo in the programme, sign near the refreshment queue, and social media mentions.
Silver Stall Sponsor – £75�Help feed and refresh our guests by sponsoring our food and drink stalls. You can either donate £75 cash or provide food/drinks for the event.
• Benefits: Logo in the programme, signage at food stalls, and social media recognition.
Bronze Stall Sponsor – £25�Support one of our school stalls, such as games or tombolas.
• Benefits: Logo in the programme, signage at the stall, and social media recognition.
Prize Draw Sponsor – £250�Be the sponsor of our popular cash draw, including covering the £200 1st prize.
• Benefits: Your name on all raffle tickets, in the programme, and social media mentions
Estate Agent Sponsor - £20 per board
Display your boards with details of our fair on your boards at various local addresses (with our parent’s agreement) leading up to the fair.
• Benefits: Your logo on boards around the local area and at the event, plus coverage in the event programme.
